uPVC Window Lines — From Premium to Entry-Level

There is no single uPVC window for every job. An energy-efficient house, a flat by a busy street and a single-storey utility building are three different needs. That is why at Pro-Plast we offer several profile lines, which differ above all in their Uw rating — the warmth of the whole window (the lower, the better) — as well as in build depth and the number of chambers.

How warm are the individual uPVC window lines?

PERFECTHERM — Uw from 0,78 W/m²K (class A)

Our warmest, premium uPVC window line. A class A profile, 6-chamber, with a frame and sash build depth of 80 mm and a 48 mm unit at Ug = 0,5 W/m²K. MACO MULTI-MATIC hardware with snap catches and lift devices. It comes into its own wherever you want to cut heat loss to the absolute minimum — in homes built for low bills.

MODERNTHERM — Uw 0,81 W/m²K

A solid, all-round line for flats and houses. A 6-chamber profile, 80 mm frame and sash, a 48 mm unit at Ug = 0,5 W/m²K, and perimeter MACO hardware with a wind-resistant catch and anti-lift keeps. Warm, hard-wearing and well able to take everyday use year after year.

CLASICTHERM — Uw from 0,94 W/m²K

The entry-level option, a sensible pick on a tighter budget. A 6-chamber profile, 70 mm frame and MACO MULTI-MATIC hardware with a wind-resistant catch. With the 40 mm unit it reaches Uw = 0,94 W/m²K — still far warmer than the old joinery it usually replaces.

BLUENERGY — energy-efficient, „Jakość Roku 2015"

A line in top-grade uPVC, a 6-chamber profile, 82 mm deep, with a twin-chamber unit at Ug = 0,5 W/m²K. An extra central gasket improves the seal and the quiet. Honoured with the „Jakość Roku 2015" (Quality of the Year 2015) title — a good choice when energy efficiency and a modern look both matter to you.

redENERGY — Uw 0,80 W/m²K (redTECH ENERGY / redARTE ENERGY)

A sensible balance between excellent insulation and price. A Uw = 0,80 W/m²K rating, triple-glazed units optionally at U = 0,5 or 0,6 W/m²K, Roto NT hardware with a RotoSil Nano coating and a Roto Secustic handle, a warm-edge spacer as standard and a 5-year warranty.

redTECH / redARTE — 5-chamber profiles, 73 mm

5-chamber profiles in top-grade uPVC, with a build depth of 73 mm, twin double-chamber gaskets and hardware with a RotoSil Nano coating, anti-lift, with 4-sided fixing. A good, economical standard wherever you don't need passive-class figures.

BLUALU — 94 mm deep, aluminium cladding

A 6-chamber profile with aluminium cladding, powder-coated — it combines the warmth of uPVC with the durable, designer face of aluminium, available in 23 colours. A build depth of 94 mm and a twin-chamber unit at U = 0,5 W/m²K. For those who want the look of aluminium without giving up uPVC insulation.

Energy Efficiency — What Really Decides a Window's Warmth

In Białystok and across the Podlasie region the heating season drags on for months, so energy-efficient uPVC windows are no luxury — just a smaller bill for half the year. A window's warmth comes down to several things at once, and we match them together rather than in isolation.

• Uw — the coefficient of the whole window; ours starts at just 0,78 W/m²K in the PERFECTHERM line.
• Triple glazing, Ug = 0,5 W/m²K — an excellent sealed unit that holds heat better than older double-glazed units.
• 6-chamber profiles — more chambers in the profile mean better insulation of the frame itself, not just the glass.
• A warm-edge spacer — it reduces the thermal bridge at the edge of the glass; this is often the very spot where condensation forms, so a warm-edge spacer genuinely lowers that risk.

In practice a warmer window means not only a lower bill, but also no cold draught off the glass and less water on the sill in winter. It pays for itself fastest where you are replacing old, draughty joinery — you feel the difference in the very first winter. Hardware and Security — MACO and Roto

It is the hardware, not the profile alone, that decides a window's everyday comfort and security. That is why we fit proven, branded systems. In the PERFECTHERM, MODERNTHERM and CLASICTHERM lines we work with MACO hardware, including the MULTI-MATIC series — with a wind-resistant catch, anti-lift keeps and a lift device with a lock that makes closing large sashes easier.

In the redENERGY and redTECH/redARTE lines we use Roto NT hardware with a RotoSil Nano coating (greater corrosion resistance) and a Roto Secustic handle. The 4-sided fixing and anti-lift keeps raise the resistance to attempts at prising the sash open — a real obstacle to a burglar, not just a slogan on a leaflet.

Microventilation in tilt-and-turn sashes is also standard, letting you air a room without throwing it wide open and chilling it. If extra protection matters to you, we'll advise which hardware and handles are worth choosing for windows facing the garden or on the ground floor.

Colours and Veneers — Over 30 Designs

A uPVC window doesn't have to be white. As standard we offer over 30 veneer designs, on one side or both, so you can match the window colour to the façade and the interior independently. Popular picks are the wood-effect golden oak, walnut and mahogany, but also plain anthracite or brown, which work well with modern architecture.

You choose the profile core colour too — in the PERFECTHERM and MODERNTHERM lines white, anthracite, caramel and brown are available, so the window looks consistent in the reveal as well, not just from the front. In the BLUALU line the face is formed by powder-coated aluminium cladding in 23 colours — the option for those who want a matt, designer aluminium effect.

It's worth settling the colour together with the sills and roller blinds, so the whole thing works together. Once we've matched your windows, we'll suggest coordinating window sills as well as roller blinds and insect screens in a matching palette.

Fitting, Service, Instalments and Warranty

Even the best window, badly fitted, stops being the best window. Poor foam, a frame set out of true or skipped insulation where it meets the wall, and the draughts come through despite the fine figures on the label. That is why we take fitting just as seriously as the product itself — we fit with our own crew, not subcontractors picked up at random.
