Industrial Doors in Białystok — Sectional KS SYSTEM
Industrial doors work hard and have to take heavy loads. KS SYSTEM sectional doors combine a warm 40 mm panel with reinforced tracks and springs rated for as many as 100,000 cycles. We will match the parameters to your hall, workshop or business premises in Białystok and the surrounding area.
Industrial Sectional Door — Reinforced Parameters
KS SYSTEM industrial sectional doors are the solution for halls, warehouses, workshops and business premises. Intensive use and large dimensions call for exceptional parameters that guarantee the safety and durability of operation — which is why an industrial door differs from a garage one in its reinforced tracks, springs and fittings.
The curtain, as in the garage version, is made of monolithic panels 40 mm thick with a core of PUR foam of a density of at least 38 kg/m³, in heights of 500 and 610 mm combined together. The sheet metal is double-sided: outer galvanised Z225 steel with a thickness of 0.48 mm, inner Z100, covered with a primer and a polyester coating.
2 mm Tracks, Springs and an EPDM Seal
The durability of an industrial door comes down to the construction of the guidance and the spring mechanism. KS SYSTEM uses galvanised steel profiles with a thickness of 2 mm, adapted to heavy loads, and springs in three durability classes — chosen to suit how intensively the door is used.
As standard the springs are rated for 25,000 cycles, and variants for 50,000 or 100,000 cycles are available as an option — the higher the class, the longer the service life with frequent opening. The seal is provided by an EPDM seal with a fire resistance of class BEN 13823. Opening is achieved by chain drive transmission or automatic systems, with manual or automatic sealing.
Glazing, Service Doors and Safety
An industrial door can be matched to the way the premises work. KS SYSTEM offers options that improve the lighting of the hall and ease pedestrian movement without opening the whole door:
- Aluminium sections for glazing — they light up the interior and give visual contact with the outside.
- Service doors with glazing — a passage for staff without raising the whole door.
- Fittings in matching colours — a consistent look with the curtain and the façade.
Safety is a priority for an industrial door. All KS SYSTEM doors are fitted with a mechanism to protect against the door dropping by itself when open — it protects staff and property in the event of a failure. The available embossing (smooth / narrow / ribbed 8 mm), textures (smooth / stucco / woodgrain) and RAL colours (among others 9016, 9006, 9007, 7016, 3000, 5010, 8014) let you match the door to the company's visual identity.
Survey, Automation and Fitting in Białystok
An industrial door is an investment for years of service, which is why we begin the selection with a thorough survey of the premises — we check the dimensions of the opening, the lintel, the room for the tracks and the way the door will be used (how often it is opened, whether glazing or service doors are needed). On this basis we determine the spring class and the type of drive.
For industrial doors we choose SOMMER automation — prepared for heavy loads and continuous operation. The fitting is carried out by our Pro-Plast crew in Białystok and the surrounding area. We offer transport and sale by instalments. Need a quote for a hall or workshop? Get in touch or call: 602 488 413 or 85 746 14 46.
