MB-60 System in Białystok — Aluminium with a Thermal Break
MB-60 is a warm aluminium system with a thermal break that limits heat escaping through the profile. A depth of 60 mm in windows and 69 mm in doors works well in windows, doors, shopfronts and conservatories.

MB-60 — Key Specs
MB-60 is an aluminium system with a thermal break — that is, with insulation built into the profile, which separates the outer part from the inner one and limits heat loss. This is why MB-60 suits external structures, where it is warm on one side and cold on the other: windows, doors, shopfronts and conservatories.
The build depth is 60 mm in windows and 69 mm in doors. The thermal break means heat from inside does not escape so easily through the metal profile — while aluminium provides the rigidity and durability that uPVC cannot give on large structures. The system is sealed with EPDM gaskets, resistant to UV, frost and ageing.
Why a Thermal Break, and When to Choose It?
Aluminium conducts heat very well — which is a drawback in a window, because a cold profile chills the interior. A thermal break is an insulating insert in the middle of the profile that interrupts this bridge and lets heat stay in the room. It is precisely the thermal break that tells a warm external system apart from a light internal structure.
So we choose MB-60 wherever the profile separates warm from cold and we want to limit losses: in a building's windows and doors, in the shopfront of a heated unit, in the wall of a conservatory. Where insulation is not needed — in an internal partition or shopfront — the lighter MB-45 system without a thermal break will do, which we describe together with the rest of our aluminium joinery.
Who Is the MB-60 System For?
MB-60 is a system for external aluminium structures where warmth, rigidity and large format matter. It works well both in the home and in commercial premises in Białystok and the surrounding area.
- Aluminium windows and doors — when you need a warm, rigid external structure with large glazing.
- Shopfronts of heated premises — shops, offices and entrances, where the thermal break limits heat loss.
- Conservatories — glazed structures in which aluminium gives rigidity and the thermal break gives thermal comfort.
- Spatial structures — porches and larger glazed builds that uPVC cannot carry.
